### 2. MCP Configuration Examples
**Issue**: README.md had incorrect MCP configuration that wouldn't work.
**Problems Identified**:
1. ❌ Referenced `server.js` directly instead of role-specific entry points
2. ❌ Missing `"type": "stdio"` (required for MCP protocol)
3. ❌ No role distinction (WINDSURF vs ANTIGRAVITY)
4. ❌ Referenced non-existent environment variable `KAIZA_BOOTSTRAP_SECRET`
**Status**: ✅ FIXED
**Original Configuration**:
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"kaiza": {
"command": "node",
"args": ["/absolute/path/to/KAIZA-MCP-server/server.js"],
"env": {
"KAIZA_BOOTSTRAP_SECRET": "your-secure-secret"
}
}
}
}
```
**Fixed Configuration for Windsurf**:
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"kaiza-windsurf": {
"command": "node",
"args": ["/absolute/path/to/KAIZA-MCP-server/bin/kaiza-mcp-windsurf.js"],
"type": "stdio",
"disabled": false
}
}
}
```
**Fixed Configuration for Antigravity**:
```json
{
"mcpServers": {
"kaiza-antigravity": {
"command": "node",
"args": ["/absolute/path/to/KAIZA-MCP-server/bin/kaiza-mcp-antigravity.js"],
"type": "stdio",
"disabled": false
}
}
}
```
**Why This Matters**:
- ✅ Uses correct role-specific bin entry points
- ✅ Includes required MCP `"type": "stdio"` for proper protocol communication
- ✅ Distinguishes between read-only (ANTIGRAVITY) and execution (WINDSURF) roles
- ✅ No non-existent environment variables
- ✅ Works with Windsurf, Claude Desktop, and other MCP clients

### 3. New Documentation: AI Agent Prompt Templates
**Issue**: Missing guidance for AI agents on how to use KAIZA MCP.
**Status**: ✅ CREATED
**New File**: `./docs/PROMPT_TEMPLATES.md` (480+ lines)
**Content Includes**:
1. **System Role Definitions**
- For planning (ANTIGRAVITY role)
- For execution (WINDSURF role)
- Step-by-step workflows
- Constraint definitions
2. **Specific Task Prompts**
- Adding authentication to REST API
- Database migrations
- Real-world implementation examples
- Complete code examples
3. **Troubleshooting Prompts**
- How to debug PLAN_NOT_FOUND
- How to debug CONSTRUCT_VIOLATION
- How to debug PREFLIGHT_FAILED
- How to debug PROMPT_GATE_LOCKED
4. **Integration Best Practices**
- Claude integration guide
- Generic MCP client guide
- Key rules and restrictions
**Purpose**: These templates enable AI agents and LLMs to effectively use KAIZA MCP by providing clear instructions on:
- What role to play (planning vs execution)
- Which tools to use and when
- How to structure code and plans
- How to handle errors and failures
---
### 4. Documentation Audit Document
**Issue**: Need to track documentation status and broken references.
**Status**: ✅ CREATED
**New File**: `./DOCUMENTATION_AUDIT.md` (400+ lines)
**Content**:
1. Summary of all issues found and fixed
2. Table of broken references and fixes
3. List of existing documentation (with status)
4. Configuration issues and corrections
5. Documentation quality assessment
6. Recommended next steps
**Purpose**: Provides a single source of truth for documentation status and quality.
