# Context Window Protection - Implementation Summary **Feature**: 005-project-brownfield-hardening **Date**: 2025-10-15 **Status**: ✅ Phase 1-4 Complete (Foundation + Infrastructure + Integration + Deployment) ## Overview Implemented comprehensive context window protection for the Hostaway MCP Server to prevent Claude context overflow and optimize token usage through automatic pagination, summarization, and configurable token budgets. ## Implementation Phases Completed ### Phase 1: Setup & Foundation ✅ **Tasks Completed**: T001-T010 **Deliverables:** - ✅ `watchdog>=3.0.0` dependency added to `pyproject.toml` - ✅ Cursor codec utility with HMAC-SHA256 signing (`src/utils/cursor_codec.py`) - ✅ Field projector for response summarization (`src/utils/field_projector.py`) -
