# 🚀 Quick Start: Yahoo Finance Integration
Your holdings page now shows **real prices** and **accurate P&L calculations** using **free Yahoo Finance API**!
## ⚡ Test It Right Now
### Step 1: Test the API (30 seconds)

# In another terminal, test Yahoo Finance:

**What You'll See:**
- ✅ Current prices (not 0!)
- ✅ Current Value = Quantity × Price
- ✅ Total P&L = Realized + Unrealized
- ✅ XIRR percentage (annualized returns)

## 🔍 Quick Troubleshooting
### Prices showing 0?
**Fix symbol names:**

-- Remove suffixes like -EQ, .NS, .BO
UPDATE trades SET symbol = REPLACE(symbol, '-EQ', '');
UPDATE trades SET symbol = REPLACE(symbol, '.NS', '');
UPDATE trades SET symbol = REPLACE(symbol, '.BO', '');
```
### XIRR showing N/A?
**Import ledger data:**
- Go to `/import`
- Upload your ledger CSV
- Ledger contains fund deposits/withdrawals for XIRR calculation
### No data?
**Import your tradebook:**
- Go to `/import`
- Upload your tradebook CSV from Zerodha/broker
- Wait for processing to complete
