# Batch Sync UI Improvements
## Summary of Changes
Enhanced the Google Contacts batch sync UI to provide comprehensive progress information and historical tracking of completed batches.
## Changes Made
### 1. New State: Batch History Tracking
- Added `batchHistory` state to track completed batches
- Stores batch number, contacts processed (imported/exported/updated), and duration
- Automatically cleared when starting a new sync
### 2. Enhanced Button Progress Indicator
**Before:**
- Only showed "Processing Batches..." during sync
- No indication of which batch or progress
**After:**
- Shows current batch number and total batches
- Displays number of contacts processed
- Progressive information revelation:
- First batch: "Batch 1 (calculating total...) • Starting..."
- After total known: "Batch 5 of 120 • 125 processed"
### 3. Batch History Display
- New scrollable section showing completed batches
- Each entry shows:
- Batch number
- Total contacts processed (+imported +exported +updated)
- Duration in seconds
- Auto-scrolls as batches complete
- Max height with overflow scrolling for many batches
### 4. Improved Status Messages
- Progress indicator now shows total batches when known
- Status text updates to show "Processing batch X of Y (calculating total...)"
- Clear indication when total is still being calculated
