# Complete Event Loop Fix and Session Safety Implementation
## Overview
This document summarizes the comprehensive fix for the "Future attached to a different loop" error and the implementation of a complete session safety system for the NeoCoder framework.
## Problems Solved
### 1. Root Cause: Server Creation Deadlock
- **Issue**: `create_server()` was using `run_coroutine_threadsafe()` from the same thread
- **Impact**: Caused deadlocks and "Future attached to different loop" errors
- **Solution**: Smart event loop detection with deferred initialization
### 2. Widespread Unsafe Session Usage
- **Issue**: 84 direct `driver.session()` calls across the codebase
- **Impact**: Any of these could trigger event loop mismatches during execution
- **Solution**: Comprehensive replacement with `safe_neo4j_session()`
