### ⚠️ Known Issues
**Database Connection Timeout** (Intermittent)
- **Symptom**: Occasional 10-second timeout on health check queries
- **Cause**: Neon serverless cold start after idle period
- **Impact**: Minimal - affects ~1% of requests after idle
- **Mitigation**: 10-second timeout prevents indefinite hangs, returns 503
- **Production behavior**: Cloudflare Workers auto-retry 503 responses
