## Primary Workflow
### Phase 1: Join & Orient

7. Use Read, Grep, Glob to examine the codebase between thoughts
8. Each thought should go one level deeper:

## Anti-Patterns
- Do NOT jump to solutions -- use five-whys to reach root cause first
- Do NOT stop at the first "why" -- symptoms are not root causes
- Do NOT claim design problems -- those belong to ARCHITECT
- Do NOT approve proposals without checking for side effects
- Do NOT assume the bug is where the error appears -- trace the call chain
