The following uses are permitted under AGPL-3.0 without a commercial license:
- Individual developers and researchers
- Non-profit organizations

This exception does NOT waive AGPL-3.0 requirements for:
- Sharing source code of modifications when distributed
- Providing source code to network users (AGPL's key requirement)
- Attribution and copyright notices
- Ensuring derivative works are also AGPL-3.0 licensed
6. ENFORCEMENT
Violation of these terms will result in:
- Immediate termination of the commercial exception

FULL LICENSE TEXT
================================================================================
The complete text of the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 can be
found at: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html
Key AGPL-3.0 Requirements:
- Source code must be made available to all network users
- Modifications must be released under AGPL-3.0
- Network use triggers distribution obligations (unlike GPL)
- Attribution and copyright notices must be preserved
================================================================================
WHY AGPL + COMMERCIAL EXCEPTION?
================================================================================
This dual-licensing model ensures:
✓ Open Source Community Benefits:
- Free for individuals, small teams, and non-profits
- Prevents proprietary forks (AGPL's copyleft)
- Contributions remain open source
- Academic and research use encouraged
✓ Sustainable Development:
- Commercial users fund ongoing development
- Professional support available
- Ensures long-term project maintenance
✓ Fair Use:
- Small companies can grow before licensing fees apply
- Clear revenue threshold ($1M/year)
- Development and testing always free
