# Session Summary - July 4, 2025
## Session Overview
Major focus on establishing GitHub project management, improving issue templates, and achieving 100% Docker testing reliability by fixing ARM64 build failures.
## Major Accomplishments
### 1. GitHub Project Management Setup ā
- **Issue**: All 7 open issues were not linked to the project board
- **Solution**: Successfully added all issues to GitHub Projects after granting `project` scope
- **Result**: Complete project board at https://github.com/users/mickdarling/projects/1
### 2. Issue Template Enhancement (PR #36) ā
- **Created**: Comprehensive issue templates with better project board visibility
- **Added**: Quick Summary fields, priority indicators (š“š š”š¢), component areas
- **Implemented**: All Claude review suggestions (browser field, acceptance criteria examples, etc.)
- **Merged**: Successfully merged with improved templates now live
### 3. Development Workflow Documentation ā
- **Created**: `/docs/development/DEVELOPMENT_WORKFLOW.md`
- **Content**: Branch strategies, PR processes, testing requirements, collaboration guidelines
- **Purpose**: Support multi-developer collaboration with clear processes
### 4. ARM64 Docker Fix (PR #37) ā
- **Issue #28**: linux/arm64 Docker build failing with exit code 255
- **Root Cause**: Alpine Linux musl libc incompatibility with ARM64
- **Solution**:
- Switched from `node:20-alpine` to `node:20-slim` (Debian-based)
- Added QEMU setup for proper ARM64 emulation
- Added build dependencies (python3, make, g++)
- Set NODE_OPTIONS memory limits for ARM64
- **Result**: All Docker tests now passing (100% reliability achieved!)
