CI Fix Tests (#92) - Created 44 new tests across 3 files: - `__tests__/ci-environment.test.ts` - 18 tests - `__tests__/workflow-validation.test.ts` - 11 tests - `__tests__/ci-safety-verification.test.ts` - 15 tests - Total tests increased from 221 to 265 - All tests passing ### 2.
