### Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card required. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
## Account & Billing
### How do I reset my password?
To reset your password:
1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link to create a new password
### What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
### When will I be charged?
You'll be charged on the same date each month based on when you signed up. For annual plans, you'll be charged once per year.
### Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ClientSphere, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

### What file types can I upload to the knowledge base?
We support the following file formats:
- PDF documents (.pdf)
- Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx)
- Plain text files (.txt)
- Markdown files (.md)
Maximum file size is 50MB per document.
### How does the AI chatbot work?
Our chatbot uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology. It:
1. Searches your knowledge base for relevant information
2. Retrieves the most relevant document chunks
3. Generates answers based on your actual content
4. Provides citations so customers know the source
5. Refuses to answer questions outside your knowledge base

## Troubleshooting
### The chatbot is not responding
If your chatbot isn't responding:
1. Check if the RAG backend is online (status indicator in dashboard)
2. Verify your knowledge base has documents uploaded
3. Check your API key is configured correctly
4. Review error logs in the dashboard
### Answers are not accurate
To improve answer accuracy:
1. Upload more relevant documents to your knowledge base
2. Ensure documents are well-structured and clear
3. Use specific, detailed questions
4. Review and update your knowledge base regularly
### I'm getting quota exceeded errors
This means you've reached your monthly chat limit:
- Check your usage in Billing & Usage dashboard
- Upgrade your plan for more chats
- Wait until next billing cycle for limit reset
