A self-hosted, loopback-only MCP server that lets a paired phone act as a second channel for recovering a broken Windows work session: it inspects the laptop, proposes one exact change at a time, applies it only after on-device approval, then re-observes and verifies the result. Beyond mouse-button, sound-endpoint, and off-screen-window repairs it records everything else as unsupported, with no approve tool and a stop/undo path.
