Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
TP_AUTH_COOKIENoYour TrainingPeaks `Production_tpAuth` cookie value, used for headless servers, containers and CI. This is a supported, first-class auth method and is always checked first, before the system keyring and the encrypted file, so setting it overrides any stored credential. Treat it like a password and inject it from a secrets manager rather than committing it to git. If omitted, authenticate via `tp-mcp auth` (browser extraction or manual cookie entry) which stores the cookie in the system keyring or an encrypted file.
