Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

APPLE_ADS_AD_ACCOUNT_IDNoDefault ad account ID to use for tools when no explicit account is provided.
APPLE_ADS_PRIVATE_KEY_PATHNoAbsolute path to the ES256 private key file.
