Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| EMBEDDING_MODEL | No | Hugging Face embedding model name, e.g. NeuML/pubmedbert-base-embeddings. | |
| FHIR_SERVER_HOST | No | FHIR API host URL, e.g. https://api.medplum.com. | |
| PINECONE_API_KEY | No | Pinecone API key for vector search. This value can be encrypted. | |
| FHIR_SERVER_CLIENT_ID | No | OAuth2 client ID for the FHIR server. | |
