Este proyecto es para administradores de tenant. Se autentica con una cuenta de servicio delegada que puede actuar como cualquier miembro de la organización, por eso necesita credenciales que un miembro normal no puede obtener. Si tu Developer Console dice "no tienes acceso", eso no es un problema de configuración que debas resolver: es el límite funcionando como se pretende.

Esto no es una integración por usuario. La credencial que requiere es una cuenta de servicio delegada que puede actuar como cualquier miembro de tu tenant — leer el drive de cualquiera, cambiar el uso compartido de cualquiera. Trata la clave privada como una clave de administrador de dominio, porque eso es lo que es.
No pegues estas credenciales en un hosting MCP de terceros, en un botón de "install/deploy this server" ni en un inspector alojado, por muy conveniente que sea. Esos ejecutan el servidor en la máquina de otra persona, y entregarles esta clave es entregarles todo el tenant. Los listados de directorio y marketplace de este repositorio son rastreos automatizados, no respaldos de ningún modelo de despliegue — la única configuración que este proyecto soporta es stdio local, en la propia máquina del administrador.
Si de verdad necesitas el transporte HTTP, enlázalo a localhost y pon autenticación real delante. El compromiso de la clave aquí no se recupera rotando una contraseña: hasta que la clave se revoque en el Developer Console, el titular es cada empleado.
Las API de permisos de WORKS Drive tienen bordes afilados. Esta herramienta los codifica:
Toda operación mutante requiere confirmación explícita — CLI:
--yes(las ejecuciones no interactivas se niegan sin ello); MCP: parámetroconfirm=true. Auditoría de directorio: comprobaciones de inactividad
works_directory_audit devuelve dormant_rules junto con findings. Una regla está inactiva cuando
el campo que lee está vacío en todo el tenant — p. ej., si el leaveOfAbsence de nadie se establece
nunca, "de baja pero no suspendido" no puede dispararse nunca. Una lista de findings vacía no es un
certificado de salud limpio, por lo que la herramienta indica qué comprobaciones no tenían poder en
lugar de dar a entender que todo pasó. coverage muestra la tasa de relleno por campo.
Esto importa en la práctica: en el tenant contra el que se construyó esto, employeeNumber estaba 0/136
y hiredDate 1/136 — los campos de RR. HH. simplemente no estaban poblados, que es exactamente el tipo
de cosa que una herramienta de auditoría debe decirte en lugar de ocultar.
Conciliación: la ausencia de un listado no es evidencia
works_directory_drift devuelve only_works — cuentas sin entrada en el listado que pasaste.
Eso es una señal, no una prueba de salida. Todo listado omite a alguna población: un registro de
RR. HH. puede no incluir en absoluto a investigadores visitantes; un directorio de chat no puede contener
a personas a las que nunca se les asignó correo corporativo. Leer "no está en esta lista" como "ha salido"
es como un empleado actual pierde su cuenta — que es exactamente lo que ocurrió una vez, y por eso la
herramienta funciona así ahora.
Pasa corroborating_rosters ({label: path}) con cualquier otro listado que tengas. Las filas encontradas
en otros lugares vuelven con seen_in poblado y deben descartarse de la sospecha. Cada listado se indexa
por email, teléfono y nombre, porque ninguna clave única es suficiente — en el caso real que motivó
esto, el miembro no tenía teléfono en su cuenta ni correo corporativo, así que solo coincidía el nombre.
Una trampa que conviene conocer: normalizar números de móvil coreanos eliminando 82 es incorrecto.
Muchos registros llevan el código de país y el cero de troncal (+82 010-…), así que eliminar solo
produce 00… y no coincide con nada — el 40% de los números de un tenant. Usa directory.norm_phone.
blind_spots cubre el caso más difícil: preguntas que la API no puede responder en absoluto. La que
muerde es administradores delegados — isAdministrator es true solo para SUPER admins, así que una
cuenta que es sub-admin en la consola sigue informando false. Enumerar "quién tiene derechos de
administrador" solo desde esta API los omitirá silenciosamente; hazlo en la consola de administración.
Offboarding: recopila la huella antes de suspender
works_member_footprint responde "qué puede alcanzar esta persona" en una sola llamada. Dos cosas que
codifica y que son fáciles de hacer mal:
Orden. Suspender la cuenta primero es el movimiento intuitivo y destruye tu capacidad de investigar: la delegación a una cuenta suspendida falla, por lo que el contenido de su My Drive y las carpetas recibidas se vuelven inalcanzables. Recopila primero, suspende después.
Los masters del drive son invisibles en
/permissions. Viven enmasters[]del objeto shared-drive. Un master puede conceder permisos y cambiar ajustes del drive, así que omitirlos en una transferencia deja el drive efectivamente sin dueño — la herramienta los informa por separado.
Notas de la API (duramente ganadas)
accessibleRangetiene 3 valores:TENANT/DOMAIN/MEMBER. Los drives nuevos usan por defecto DOMAIN+WRITE.
