Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| DEEPSEEK_API_KEY | No | DeepSeek API key used only for the standalone fallback when no DSH hub instance is running; it can be written to ~/.config/dsh-crew/.env. In hub mode, workers use the DSH instance's existing DeepSeek credentials, so no key is needed. |
