`MCP_AUTH`	No	Set to required so only linked clients can call MCP tools.
`APP_ACCESS`	No	Set to public on hosted deployments so the hosted frontend can reach /api.
`AWS_REGION`	No	AWS region used for Bedrock code generation.
`KANSO_HTTP`	No	Set to 1 to run the dev server over http instead of https on this computer.
`PUBLIC_URL`	No	Public https address for Kanso so Tavus can reach its MCP tools.
`MONGODB_URI`	No	MongoDB connection URI. If unset, an in-memory MongoDB starts automatically.
`TAVUS_PAL_ID`	No	Tavus PAL ID created by the Tavus setup script, used so the web app can start calls.
`TAVUS_API_KEY`	No	Tavus API key required for the video assistant.
`BEDROCK_MODEL_ID`	No	Optional Bedrock model ID for code generation. Without AWS credentials, a local template generator produces a working tool.
`AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID`	No	AWS access key ID used for Bedrock code generation.
`TAVUS_CONNECTOR_ID`	No	Tavus connector ID created by the Tavus setup script, used so the web app can start calls.
`AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY`	No	AWS secret access key used for Bedrock code generation.
