Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| OPENALEX_API_KEY | No | API key used for the OpenAlex daily digest (日报). Local full-text search does not require an API key. Alternatively, the key can be stored in config.json's credential_file, defaulting to ~/.config/hv-literature/credentials.json. |
