- **Purpose:** Stores everything that makes your assistant *yours* (identity, custom memory, architectural decisions, and project documentation).
- **Paths:** User-chosen! Either comfortable defaults (`~/Documents/Agent` or `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Agent`) or your custom secondary drive/cloud folder.
- **Sync Mentorship:** Safe to sync across devices with **Google Drive**, **OneDrive**, or **Nextcloud** because it contains only lightweight Markdown text files. Zero heavy binaries, zero virtual environments, and zero file-locking sync loops.
### ⚙️ 2. The Motor (Engine) — *High-Speed Local Storage & Git*
- **Purpose:** Powers execution tooling, the offline Skills Vault (915+ skills), brand design tokens, Graphify AST analysis, and the `agent-tools` MCP server.
