Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`WEEX_MCP_BIND_HOST`	No	The host address to bind to. Defaults to '127.0.0.1'.	127.0.0.1
`WEEX_SPOT_BASE_URL`	No	The base URL for spot API calls. Must be an HTTPS origin without credentials, paths, query strings, or fragments.
`WEEX_TRADE_ENABLED`	No	Whether trade operations are enabled. Defaults to 'false'.	false
`WEEX_AUDIT_LOG_FILE`	No	Path to a local audit log file (JSON Lines). If not set, audit events are logged via the weex_mcp.audit Python logger.
`WEEX_FUTURES_BASE_URL`	No	The base URL for futures API calls. Must be an HTTPS origin without credentials, paths, query strings, or fragments.
`WEEX_SERVICE_AUTH_TOKEN`	No	The service bearer token for HTTP requests. Required for cloud mode (serve). Must be at least 32 random ASCII characters.
`WEEX_APPROVAL_TOKEN_SECRET`	No	The approval-token signing secret. Required for cloud mode (serve). Must be at least 32 random bytes.

Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.
