Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PAGESPEED_KEY | No | Optional. Google PageSpeed API key. Server-side only; never sent to the browser. Without it the scan leaves PageSpeed out and says so. | |
| BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN | No | Optional. Keeps reports in Vercel Blob so share links last. Without it, reports live in memory (or ./reports locally). |
