Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| SMTP_HOST | Yes | SMTP server host (e.g., smtp.gmail.com for Gmail) | |
| SMTP_PORT | Yes | SMTP server port (e.g., 587 for Gmail) | |
| SMTP_USER | Yes | SMTP username (email address) | |
| FROM_EMAIL | Yes | Sender email address (usually same as SMTP_USER) | |
| AUTHOR_NAME | No | Author name for the EPUB (optional, defaults to 'Claude') | |
| KINDLE_EMAIL | Yes | Your Kindle email address (found in Amazon account settings) | |
| SMTP_PASSWORD | Yes | SMTP password (App Password for Gmail) |
