Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CHANNELS_PORT | No | The host-side port for the server. Default is 3000. | |
| WORK_SMTP_PASS | No | SMTP password for the work-email channel. Referenced by passEnv in the config. | |
| WORK_SMTP_USER | No | SMTP username for the work-email channel. Referenced by userEnv in the config. | |
| CHANNELS_MCP_TOKEN | Yes | Authentication token for the MCP server. It must equal the server token. | |
| CHANNELS_ALLOWED_HOSTS | No | List of every hostname or IP address clients use to reach the server, plus localhost and 127.0.0.1 for local health checks. |
