set `PINTEREST_ACCESS_TOKEN` via oauth (`$authorization->url()`, `exchangeCode()`, `refreshToken()`). scopes: `user_accounts:read`, `boards:read`, `boards:write`, `pins:read`, `pins:write`. `$body` uses the official request schema. pin editing requires beta access; no home feed.
