| PAYPAL_MODE | No | The PayPal mode. `mock` (the default) runs an in-process fake of the PayPal endpoints we use, so nothing leaves your machine. Set to `sandbox` to run against the real PayPal sandbox, along with sandbox REST app credentials in `.env`. | mock |
