Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

Name	Required	Description
`JUROR_XAI_API_KEY`	No	xAI provider API key used by the grok-build harness (e.g. Grok 4.5). At least one provider key is required to run a review.
`JUROR_OPENAI_API_KEY`	No	OpenAI provider API key used by the Codex harness (e.g. GPT-6 Luna, GPT-5.6 Terra). At least one provider key is required to run a review.
`JUROR_QA_SECRETS_B64`	No	Base64-encoded logical secrets used by post-merge browser QA (e.g. synthetic support-session bootstrap credentials and browser_secret_headers). All logical QA secrets remain inside this variable.
`JUROR_SCALEWAY_API_KEY`	No	Scaleway provider API key for the built-in European OpenAI-compatible endpoint (e.g. scaleway-deepseek-v4-flash-0731).
`JUROR_ANTHROPIC_API_KEY`	No	Anthropic provider API key used by the claude-code harness (e.g. Opus 5). At least one provider key is required to run a review.
`JUROR_FIREWORKS_API_KEY`	No	Fireworks provider API key, used for models such as DeepSeek V4.1 Flash and Kimi K3. At least one provider key is required to run a review.
`JUROR_OPENROUTER_API_KEY`	No	OpenRouter API key used by the opt-in `starter` preset to reach two model families through the confined generic harness.

Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.
