Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TEMPLATES_DIR | No | Directory for video templates (default: ./templates) | ./templates |
| COMPOSITIONS_DIR | No | Directory for generated HTML (default: ./compositions) | ./compositions |
| HYPER_VIDEO_API_KEY | No | API key for authentication. If not set, the service runs in open mode (no auth). Always set in production. |
