Tool	Description
`search_companies`	Search by company name, keyword, or CHE UID. Returns names, locations, sector, and signal counts.
`get_company`	Full intelligence profile for a single company by CHE UID — AI summary, people, regulatory status, permits, procurement.
`get_specialists`	Find trade contractors (Dachdecker, Elektriker, Maler, etc.) by trade and canton.
`get_permits`	Recent building permit applications (Baugesuche) by canton and optional trade filter.
`search_tenders`	Swiss public procurement tenders (Simap/SOGC) — filter by keyword, canton, status, or awarded company.
