Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | No | Bearer token for MCP authentication. Required when exposing server beyond localhost; optional for local use (loopback only when unset). | |
| RETELL_API_KEY | Yes | Your Retell API key. Required for outbound calling. | |
| CLAUDE_ROUTINE_URL | No | URL for Claude Routine to trigger on call completion. Optional. | |
| CALLWRIGHT_DATA_DIR | No | Persistent volume directory for runtime state (config.json, scenario-profiles.json). | |
| CLAUDE_ROUTINE_TOKEN | No | Token for Claude Routine trigger. Optional. | |
| CALLWRIGHT_PUBLIC_URL | No | Public URL of the server. Enables the auto-learn webhook (Retell posts call_analyzed back here). Optional. |
