| ACCESS_LOCAL_DEV | No | Set to 'true' to bypass Cloudflare Access verification for local development when the request hostname is localhost, 127.0.0.1, or ::1. Do not use in production. | |
| OUTLOOK_CLIENT_ID | No | The Microsoft Entra application (client) ID for Outlook OAuth. Only required if using Outlook accounts. | |
| OUTLOOK_CLIENT_SECRET | No | The client secret value (not ID) for the Microsoft Entra application. Only required for local Outlook development or as a Worker secret in production. Keep secret. | |
| CREDENTIAL_ENCRYPTION_KEY | No | Base64-encoded 32-byte AES key used to encrypt mailbox credentials. Must be consistent across deploys. |
