Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |

| BAMBAM_DB | No | Path to the SQLite database file. Defaults to .bambam/kanban.sqlite under the current working directory. | |
| BAMBAM_HIL | No | Set to '1' to require human-in-the-loop for certain operations. | |
| BAMBAM_AGENT_ID | No | Agent identifier used for assignment and moves. | |
| BAMBAM_CONFIG_DIR | No | Directory for configuration files (e.g., projects registry). Defaults to ~/.config/bambam. | |
| BAMBAM_PROJECT_ROOT | No | Absolute path to the project root if not using the current working directory. |
