Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| SKILLSEARCH_DB | No | Where the index lives. Rebuilds automatically when skills change (mtime-based). | ~/.cache/skillsearch/vector_index.db |
| SKILLSEARCH_SKILLS_DIR | No | Skill/knowledge root(s). Multiple dirs separated by ';' (Windows) or ':' (Unix). Scanned recursively for SKILL.md files. | ~/skills |
