Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MS365_CLIENT_ID | Yes | Your Azure AD application (client) ID. | |
| MS365_TENANT_ID | Yes | Your Azure AD directory (tenant) ID. | |
| MS365_CLOUD_TYPE | No | Cloud type: 'commercial' (default), 'gov', 'government', or 'usgov'. For Azure Government Cloud. | commercial |
| MS365_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Your Azure AD client secret. | |
| MS365_USER_IDENTIFIER | No | UserPrincipalName or Graph ID of the shared mailbox (required for shared mailboxes with client credentials flow). |
