Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| LEANTIME_URL | Yes | The base URL of your Leantime instance, e.g. https://project.naakwulabs.com | |
| LEANTIME_API_KEY | Yes | Leantime API key for the user/role you want the MCP server to act as. | |
| MCP_BEARER_TOKEN | Yes | A separate long random secret used to authenticate clients to the MCP server. Must not be the same as the Leantime API key. |
