Trinity MCP Server

Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| INTEGRATIONS_SECRET_KEY | Yes | Generate with `openssl rand -base64 32` (must be base64 of 32 bytes; it is a separate key and is not derived from JWT_SECRET). Keep it safe: losing it makes stored webhook secrets and OAuth tokens unreadable. | |
| INTEGRATIONS_MCP_ENABLED | Yes | Set to `true` to turn on Trinity's built-in MCP server (MCP URL: `https://<your-domain>/api/v1/mcp`). Required for AI assistants to connect to the workspace. | true |
| INTEGRATIONS_PUBLIC_BASE_URL | No | Public base URL for MCP/OAuth, e.g. `https://crm.example.com`. On Vercel it falls back to the platform's production hostname (VERCEL_PROJECT_PRODUCTION_URL); everywhere else it is required. |
