| GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY | No | Google Routes API key for public transit time calculations. If not set, demo estimates with a notice are used. | |
| LAND_PRICE_DATA_PATH | No | Path to a local JSON file or a gs://bucket/object.json URL for real land price data. If omitted, the demo data file data/land-prices.demo.json is used. | |
| PMTILES_SOURCE_LAYER | No | Source layer name within the PMTiles archive. |
