| DATABASE_NAME | No | The name of the database to connect to. | |
| USE_WINDOWS_AUTH | No | Whether to use Windows Authentication ('true') or SQL Server Authentication ('false'). Defaults to 'false'. | false |
| CONNECTION_TIMEOUT | No | Connection timeout in seconds. | 30 |
| TRUST_SERVER_CERTIFICATE | No | Whether to trust the server certificate ('true' or 'false'). | true |
