Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| CALIVERSE_REFRESH_TOKEN | No | A Firebase refresh token. Set this in the MCP client's environment instead of creating the local credential file. Prefer the local credential file: it is permission-checked at mode 0600, whereas the environment variable bypasses that check. Never commit this token. | |
| CALIVERSE_FIREBASE_API_KEY | Yes | Caliverse's Firebase Web API key. This is the public apiKey value in the Firebase config that Caliverse's web dashboard loads in the browser; it identifies the Firebase project and is not a secret. | |
| CALIVERSE_MAX_RESULT_BYTES | No | Configurable maximum size in UTF-8 bytes for MCP tool responses. Defaults to 65536. |
