Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`GA4_PROPERTY_ID`	Yes	Your GA4 property ID, found in GA4 Admin → Property Settings.
`REDDIT_PASSWORD`	Yes	Reddit account password for the script app.
`REDDIT_USERNAME`	Yes	Reddit account username for the script app.
`GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID`	Yes	OAuth2 client ID from your Google Cloud project, used for Search Console, GA4, and AdSense.
`REDDIT_CLIENT_ID`	Yes	Client ID for your Reddit 'script' type app, used by Reddit Trends and Reddit Demand.
`ADSENSE_PUBLISHER_ID`	Yes	Your AdSense publisher ID, format pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
`GOOGLE_ADS_CLIENT_ID`	Yes	OAuth2 client ID for the Google Ads API credentials.
`GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET`	Yes	OAuth2 client secret from your Google Cloud project.
`GOOGLE_REFRESH_TOKEN`	Yes	OAuth2 refresh token for your Google account, shared across Search Console, GA4, and AdSense.
`REDDIT_CLIENT_SECRET`	Yes	Client secret for your Reddit 'script' type app.
`GOOGLE_ADS_CUSTOMER_ID`	Yes	Your Google Ads customer ID.
`SEARCH_CONSOLE_PROPERTY`	Yes	Your Search Console property URL exactly as it appears, e.g. sc-domain:example.com.
`GOOGLE_ADS_CLIENT_SECRET`	Yes	OAuth2 client secret for the Google Ads API credentials.
`GOOGLE_ADS_REFRESH_TOKEN`	Yes	OAuth2 refresh token for the Google Ads API credentials.
