Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_VAULT_TOKEN | Yes | The per-client access token printed when the client is registered (e.g. `mcp-vault client add my-client --perms read,write,reveal,delete --transport stdio`). Passed to the server via the `env` block of the MCP client configuration. |
