Discovers git repositories in the folders it is pointed at (configurable depth) and reads the user's own commits (matched by each repo's user.email), the current branch, and fresh uncommitted changes. Exposes tools such as get_activity and list_repos so an assistant can see what was shipped since yesterday/today/a given date, per repo, and can then write a standup update (yesterday/today/blockers) or answer questions like "what did I ship this week?". Supports selecting a time window or author, and skipping AI rewriting entirely.

Wait a few minutes for the server to deploy. Once ready, it will show a "Started" state.
