Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| NCE_MASTER_KEY | Yes | AES-256-GCM key (≥32 random bytes) used for encryption at rest of PII and credentials. | |
| NCE_MCP_API_KEY | Yes | API key required by the MCP stdio server for authentication. | |
| MINIO_ACCESS_KEY | Yes | MinIO access key. | |
| MINIO_SECRET_KEY | Yes | MinIO secret key. | |
| NCE_MCP_NAMESPACE_ID | Yes | UUID pinning the MCP stdio connection to a single tenant namespace. |
