Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PORT | No | Port to listen on. Default: 8787 | |
| DATA_DIR | No | Storage location for data. Default: ./data | |
| GROQ_API_KEY | No | Groq API key for whisper-large-v3 transcription (free tier). Required if reel has no captions. | |
| INGEST_SECRET | Yes | Shared secret for the /ingest endpoint (X-Ingest-Secret header). | |
| MCP_PATH_TOKEN | Yes | Long random segment in the MCP URL - the connector's only auth. | |
| YTDLP_COOKIES_FROM_BROWSER | No | Reuse a browser's Instagram session for reels that require login. |
