Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`GOTIFY_TOKEN`	No	Client token for admin and read calls. Sent as X-Gotify-Key. At least 8 characters. Alternative to GOTIFY_USER and GOTIFY_PASSWORD.
`MCP_TRANSPORT`	No	Transport mode: stdio or http. --http overrides.
`GOTIFY_CONTACT`	No	Contact token in the User-Agent.
`GOTIFY_PASSWORD`	No	Optional basic-auth password. Set together with GOTIFY_USER. At least 8 characters.
`GOTIFY_TOOLSETS`	No	Comma-separated list of toolsets, or all. Default is info,messages,applications.	info,messages,applications
`GOTIFY_APP_TOKEN`	No	Application token. Used only by create_message, also as X-Gotify-Key. Needed when you want to send messages.
`GOTIFY_PER_MINUTE`	No	Local request budget. Default is 30.	30
`GOTIFY_TIMEOUT_MS`	No	Upstream timeout in milliseconds. Default is 20000.	20000
`GOTIFY_ALLOW_WRITES`	No	Must be the literal true before a confirmed write is sent.
`GOTIFY_CACHE_TTL_SEC`	No	GET cache TTL in seconds. Default is 60. Writes clear the cache.	60
