Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_PORT | No | Port for the local HTTP gateway. The MCP endpoint will be http://127.0.0.1:8765/mcp. | 8765 |
| MCP_ALLOWED_ROOT | Yes | Absolute path to the one allowed directory. The gateway refuses to start unless the root is absolute. | |
| MCP_BEARER_TOKEN | Yes | A strong random secret with at least 32 characters. Used for Bearer authentication. |
