Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| AUTH_PASSWORD_HASH | No | Password hash for shared-password sign-in. Generate with pnpm --filter @hark/server hash-password '<password>'. Required when AUTH_MODE is password (the default). | |
| FCM_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON | No | Firebase service account JSON from the same Firebase project, used to enable FCM push notifications. Optional. |
