Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TUBEKIT_MASTER_KEY_PATH | No | Fernet key that encrypts stored OAuth tokens. The server refuses to start without one. | ~/.config/tubekit/master.key |
| TUBEKIT_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRETS_PATH | Yes | Path to client_secret.json (Google Cloud confidential client). Required at runtime — google-auth cannot refresh access tokens without it. |
