Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| REPOLENS_DB | No | Path to the SQLite memory database file. | |
| REPOLENS_ROOT | No | Root directory to index. Defaults to the current working directory. | |
| REPOLENS_AUTO_SYNC | No | Enable background git-aware watcher for live session freshness. Set to '1' to enable. | |
| REPOLENS_AUTO_INDEX | No | Enable startup indexing. Set to '1' for incremental, 'full' for full rebuild. Default is manual. | |
| REPOLENS_WRITE_PACKAGE | No | Path to write a compressed .rlgz graph package after indexing. | |
| REPOLENS_MAX_FILE_BYTES | No | Maximum file size in bytes to index. | |
| REPOLENS_BOOTSTRAP_PACKAGE | No | Path to a .rlgz graph package to bootstrap the database on first index. | |
| REPOLENS_AUTO_SYNC_INTERVAL_MS | No | Polling interval in milliseconds for the auto-sync watcher. |
