Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| LLM_PROVIDER | No | Set to 'bedrock' to use Claude via Amazon Bedrock in an EU region instead of the Anthropic API. | |
| IDENTITY_SECRET | Yes | Secret used for signing identity tokens. Generate with `openssl rand -hex 32`. | |
| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | API key for Claude via the Anthropic API (needed for live mode unless using Bedrock). Demo mode needs no API key. |
